Kelly Godfrey
Kelly is thrilled to be joining the Long Beach Shakespeare Festival. She is a long time member of the award-winning Road Theatre Company in North Hollywood. Some shows at The Road Theatre: Jennet in "The Lady's Not For Burning" - earning multiple nominations for a Valley Theatre League A.D.A. Award, including Best Actress- Comedy, and Best Play-Comedy; "CUTS, Constructing Vegas"; conspiracy theory drama "The Junto"; "David & Goliath in America", "Bang, Bang You're Dead" and several productions of "A Christmas Carol". Other shows: Desdemona in "Desdemona, A Play About a Handkerchief" at the Little Fish Theatre. Recent Films: "Paradise Lost", "Things Fall Apart", "Project Phoenix", "Harrington's Notes". An award winning actress, she has performed everything from Simon to Shakespeare to Children's Theatre to Dinner Theatre. Favorites: "The Dining Room", "Macbeth", "The Good Doctor", and "Snow White". She holds a BA in Acting from BYU and also studied at UCLA and the Denver Center. She is most famous, however, for her Leg Impressions.
