Zobelle Millanar
Zobelle joined this company ten years ago, when it was still called The Bard in the Yard, and has played a wide variety of roles including Lady Macbeth, Juliet, a Bride of Dracula, Celia in As You Like It, the Lady of the Castle in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, among many others. She played Helena in the company's touring version of A Midsummer Night's Dream in Renaissance faires all over southern California and at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. She reprised this role in the 10th Annual Long Beach Shakespeare Festival this summer. Outside this company, her most recent role was Rosalind in The Palos Verdes Players' production of The Curate Shakespeare As You Like It by Don Nigro. Zobelle is also a singer, performing Acid Jazz in venues around Los Angeles.
