Double Feature: Death Takes a Vacation / The Apollo Waltz
Double Feature: Death Takes a Vacation / The Apollo Waltz
Synopses: In Death Takes a Vacation, Shelly and George have an unexpected houseguest when Death shows up one day. The reason for the visit, though, may not be part of his normal routine. In The Apollo Waltz, the second wife of a famous writer makes the tragic mistake of trying
to mediate the ugly, emotional terror games he plays with the daughter of his first wife.
The Argument: Have you ever dreamt of a story and characters that you thought would never have the opportunity to see come to life on the stage? Those stories, lost in years of imagination, can be found at the Helen Borgers 2025 New Works Festival. The time is right to see your show, your lost dreams, on our stage!
